Payless Response Team literally "Hood Winked" me into paying thousands of dollars for work which…read moremultiple professionals told me I should never have had done. I was told to sign a contract to repair a small section of ceiling drywall and then they refused my multiple requests for a price quote! Supervisor refused to answer my calls. They knew as they were associated with my public adjuster I would be getting some money from my insurance company and took what they could out of me, leaving me with a charge I NEVER would have agreed to. Now I am not even left with enough to finish the major project that caused the damage in the upstairs bathroom. These people are also on Angie's list, which I am a member, and they refused to refund or negotiate ANY rectification! Their practices are deceptive and I would never refer them to anyone that I cared about so, BUYER BE WARE!!! If all of this were not bad enough their work men left a grime stain and their boot print on my carpet!(see photo) My furniture was taken apart and left all over the house with a big , crooked, opening in my ceiling which the work men left unfinished saying(what I could make out as they could not speak English) this is not their job, they don't do this.HA!
