Upon arrival he picked the fence up and basically had left it standing with no support. A few days later the fence fell. When contacting him to come back out, he then requested me to provide the cement and tools for him to complete the job (which he should've had). However, I advised we would get whatever needed to get the fence fixed. He has continuously pushed this off and still has yet to fix the fence.
