Wouldn't recommend. So the final product of new roof came out nice but took forever to finish with many calls . Also they threw out so much extra tiles. Still picking up nails a year later. Got 3 flat tires after as well. The cement /painti g of cement is very messy but you can't see from ground level thankfully. I don't recommend to neighbors when they ask. read more

They finished the bob 6 months past the date that they said they will. They threw away a whole pallet of materials. What a waste and disregard for money. Upon inspection of the completed roof, we have observed several areas with cement blemishes, indicating potentially substandard workmanship. In late 2021, we asked Frank to install a new roof during a period in which it was tough to get materials. We felt that he strung us along, but we never knew why. It took about a year and a half for the tile that we ordered to finally come in. My guess is he forgot to order it or was hoping that he could get it for a better price. Once it finally arrived, he got the job done in a matter of weeks, which allowed us some solace. After a couple years, the roof seems fine but the proof will be twenty or twenty five years from now. I had roof tiles that needed attention and a concerning area that needed attention. Leo Roofing was quickly responsive with estimates and repairs. They noticed my gutters were too small and recommended that they be upgraded. Very clear on what issues I had and presented quotes immediately for repair. They were recommended to me from a trusted handyman. i had just purchased the home and they inspected the roof at my request to be sure there were no other issues. Excellent company to work with. They were prompt, gave a great estimate with pictures of my roof where repairs were needed. My gutters needed to be removed to replace the facia board. Other estimates I got required my to get a gutter company to remove and replace. Leo took care of everything. They removed the gutter section, painted and replace the facia and reinstalled the gutter section. AN excellent job was done on the roof, including replacing rotten plywood, new durable underlay and they even found matching roll shingles to match. They crew was top notch, worked well as a team. No more leaks and the roof looks great. I will use them again when my entire roof is due and I highly recommend them. read more

I spoke with Frank about coming out and quoting on five 1/2 roofs (duplexes) for an HOA. I forwarded him the roof inspection reports I had and within 15 minutes he got back to me inquiring if I needed quotes for repairs or new roofs, and I responded just repairs for now. I waited 24 hours and sent a follow-up email inquiring when he would be onsite so I could let the homeowners know. Here I am 4 days later and I have received no response. Our original review was in the middle of the construction. Now that it had been done for over a year, I would like to change most of my opinion. Yes, it took longer than expected, hence the four stars, but there was circumstance on their side and ours, so that is that. The reason for the swing from the 1 star to a 4 Star, was Hurricane Irma. We were pelted for two days with the storm, and while my neighbors (some with newer roofs) had roof damage, ours stood strong. I had a question about one tile, spoke to Frank directly, and all of my questions vanished. The men abandoned the roof during rainstorms leaving sections open causing damage inside. They didn't protect the interior when installing skylights creating a huge mess inside the house. I have photos of the roof holes and the damage still left. I got my roof done by Leo construction. Spoke with Michele multiples times back in august 2020 to come and have my roof repaired. She told me she would add in new doors and windows and I funded the cost through a financial company who paid them full price for the services I didn't receive. The roof was replaced but terribly to the point there is holes and OH YA I told them to fix my door which the promised to after months of pleading to finally fix my roof they completed it in November and then that's when I started getting ignored. 3 people came out to do a estimate on my door which was broken off the hinges. The guy started repairing and never game back I called and left multiple messages. I posted a review before and the manager threatened me to take it down, which I still have text messages stating he would fix my door if I took down my review. 5 months later and STILL NOTHIN. WORST company. NO COMMUNICATION. No structure. Took my money and ran. Such thieves and manipulators. You should be put to shame. And don't manipulators I'll be posting the pics as soon as I figure out to post it on there wall so everyone knows how terrible my experience was with this company read more
