In less than a year, William Grant single handedly watched and participated in the breakdown, division and ultimate destruction of a community's association. The Chronicle printed an article highlighting the mass resignation of the entire board under Grant's management on December 18th, 2024. During Grant's final appearance at the community's civic association, he announced his resignation. Sam, the interim president, instructed a woman to ask Grant a question regarding voting and Grant smugly answered, "I'm not even answering you." This was disrespectful and not what members expect from an attorney who is handsomely compensated for his supposed expertise. During a recess at the meeting, Grant passed by this same woman and another member and she took the opportunity to tell Grant she wished him luck and was glad he was leaving. Grant then decided to instruct two deputies to remove this sixty year old 5 foot 2 inch woman from the meeting because of a bruised ego. He continued to create a ruckus and demand, "a name" for his report. William Grant uses his authority to bully, harass and take revenge on others.
