I had them out going on two weeks ago with a refrigerator repair , they ordered a fan which was a surprise due the fact every other company I had spoken with said they didn't make parts for our refrigerator anymore. I was little skeptical about it but he said he could get one so we went with it. David came out on Wednesday and installed the fan , since installation the refrigerator hasn't cooled below 60 degrees. David showed up 2 days later , opened the fridge closed the door and handed me a portion of my money back and said sorry there's nothing I can do , didn't look to see if the fan he installed was even working, I've since asked where he purchased the fan to see if maybe they had another or to see if it's even the right fan.
