My two children have been seen by some wonderful doctors at this practice. However, in recent times…read morea bill of $17 went to collections. My son has been on medication since he was five. He is seen every 3 to 6 months. His next appointment was due, so I called the office and at that time I was notified that we were no longer welcome back to the practice due to the $17. I offered to pay the $17 yesterday and the manager told me that even if I pay the $17 my son may or may not be welcome back to the practice. If I would've paid it yesterday, I would have to wait over a week for the owner of the practice to get back from vacation to read a certified letter I would have to write explaining why the $17 is past due. I told the manager yesterday that my son cannot be off his medication for very long so now he has to wait over a week and a half to see a new doctor. Manassas Pediatrics has chosen $17 over patient care. Avoid this practice.

Hands down the best medical facility I've ever been to. First of all they are ALWAYS easy to reach…read moreand and make booking an appointment easy. Front desk is kind, nurses are warm and welcoming. All of the pediatricians are top tier and put in max effort to resolve your issue. One of my favorite things that they do is go back and review your notes from the visit before so they come in the room prepared instead of you having to reexplain everything because it's a different doctor. Most places don't do that. Super efficient and glad they are the ones caring for my baby.

So glad I transferred out! I have two boys that are not feeling well and I contacted this office…read morebecause I have transferred to a new office and they told me that they cannot see my kids for a sick visit until they see them for a wellness check and establish a file for them. I called Bristow Pediatrics this morning spoke to the manager and she tells me that she will not be able to see my boys because they are way overdue for a wellness check. That was the one thing that they used to pull on you and they would threaten to get rid of you and Kick you out of their practice if you would not go in every single year at the right time for a wellness check.. I have been going to this practice for over eight years and they couldn't even do me a favor to see my sick children so pitiful I don't recommend them to anyone! The office manager is rude!

Fed up I've been…read moregoing to this practice for about 5 months now and in the five months I've gone there, they treat like it's the first time they are seeing me. The nurse practitioner Jessica acts like she's seeing my kids for the first time and always introduces herself to us. Like really? We've seen you so many times in the last 5 months. She has no personality to be seeing children. I have to agree with another review I read that this practice is run more like a business. Everytime I go there and yes including well visits, I get a bill. They claimed that something else was discussed that wasn't part of the well visit. Shocking. Isn't that what well visits are for? To discuss concerns with your doctor?
