Although I'm a size 6/8, I can fit into dresses that are a size 2 or 4, and I tried telling her that, but she did not acknowledge me at all. 2. The dresses are ugly, dirty, and ripped. We were not aware of the dresses' conditions, since you are not allowed to look at or try on dresses until after you put a down payment on your package. It's been 4 months, and my mom has decided to cancel the service due to many factors--also because I found a much cheaper studio that actually cares for their clients and keeps their dresses in good condition. It's been over two months of repetitive calling to cancel, and every time, the person who answers says the manager isn't at the store or will call us back. We have NEVER received a call back. And if I'm correct, why does only the manager have the power to cancel the service? Yes, we understand that once the down payment is paid, we do not get refunds, and we've made that clear to every person we talk to on the phone. We stated that we don't care about the money lost--we just want to cancel the service.
