It is unfortunate that we instilled our trust into Rocfort studios to record our memories of this joyous event. I should've taken video with my iPhone I'm sure it would've been better. These people need to step up their game. We are in 2016 and the video quality is was no better than our 15's videos over 15 years ago. We did do the invitations with his daughter which were exquisite and exactly what we hoped for but can't say the same for the video and outdated photos. How can you visit such a beautiful place like Vizcaya and not be able to get good shots. The photos is another story. I do not recommend them if you truly treasure your memories.

I have called many times and been given repeated promises that my package would be shipped "on Monday," but it never happens. The staff and manager say the order appears complete in the system, yet no tracking number and no delivery. Very poor communication and unprofessional service. I do not recommend this store. You walk in, get greeted nicely, but after that, it goes downhill. Two main things I would like to mention: 1. They judge you heavily if you are not skinny. When they asked for my size, I said a 6 or 8, and the lady who was helping me gave me the DIRTIEST look. Although I'm a size 6/8, I can fit into dresses that are a size 2 or 4, and I tried telling her that, but she did not acknowledge me at all. 2. The dresses are ugly, dirty, and ripped. We were not aware of the dresses' conditions, since you are not allowed to look at or try on dresses until after you put a down payment on your package. It's been 4 months, and my mom has decided to cancel the service due to many factors--also because I found a much cheaper studio that actually cares for their clients and keeps their dresses in good condition. It's been over two months of repetitive calling to cancel, and every time, the person who answers says the manager isn't at the store or will call us back. We have NEVER received a call back. And if I'm correct, why does only the manager have the power to cancel the service? Yes, we understand that once the down payment is paid, we do not get refunds, and we've made that clear to every person we talk to on the phone. We stated that we don't care about the money lost--we just want to cancel the service.
