The Sales staff was wonderful to work with and very helpful especially Austin and Rachel. I picked it up around the first of December and towed it to Florida where we live. There were some damages on this initial trip that were Coachman's manufacturing issues. Stellhorn was very helpful in supporting us. The Service staff are great and Kirk was extremely helpful and supportive in the challenges that were faced. Most of the issues were regarding the Manufacturing issues and Quality Control within Coachman which we are addressing with Coachman directly Also when we went to register the camper here in Florida, we found that Stellhorn had packaged all of the required documentation for the camper and we had a very smooth registration effort at the DMV. Despite having been supposedly "professionally cleaned" my apartment needed washing from top to bottom. Requested repairs were never made in the year I lived there (sometimes even after he promised me they would be done!), and despite the fact that my apartment was far cleaner when I left it than when I arrived, I still did not receive any refund on my deposit.

I didn't even really think about what a short timespan that would be to get it cleaned and back to me. I started at the Lafountain location at 11 a.m. that Friday, and the woman there kindly explained that they probably couldn't finish it until next Thursday and that they weren't open over the weekend. When I responded with a crestfallen face, she offered to call the "main plant" on Park Ave. to see if they could fit my dress in that same day. And they did. On top of that, they returned the dress to the Lafountain location so I could pick it up more closely to where I was. The staff at both locations were kind and helpful, and without them I would have been a frumpy mess at best. This company has been in Kokomo since 1950, and I now I see why. Thanks, Stites!

I asked to open the lid, and saw there was a big piece of adhesive eyesore on the window inside the box. So unprofessional. It's not like it was easily missed. The first time I came to Lightening Repairs was for an issue the counterman was not quite familiar…read morewith. He looked up a couple of things and solved my issue while I stood there! I was impressed. I could not get my laptop complete loading to the log on screen which prompted my second visit. The harddrive was failing but they were able to recover some important data. The cloud backup had not recorded anything for the past 5 years so although I was glad I got some of that data, getting the recent data was very important to me. Although I struggled to find the recent data, they were finally able to steer me directly to it. I was SO RELIEVED. They replaced my hard drive with one with lesser capacity but still plenty large. I got all my data back and the new drive, and even though I had to follow up a couple more times to get to the data, the cost was most reasonable. I would recommend Lightning Repair highly. Also, the young men working there were all friendly and knowledgeable.

They called me a few days later and said it was only a blown fuse and returned with a small bill. I appreciate their honesty and quick service and highly recommend them for anyone needing lawn tractor service. The only thing they didn't do was tell me what the amount of the bill was before asking for my payment information. Felt a little awkward interrupting the lady asking me for my payment information without anyone telling me how much the bill was. Extremely minor issue and would use them for all my lawn care needs.

Crap, it goes from a solenoid to an ignition switch, then the owner tells me it could be the coil? I didn't have the time to wait for them to pick up my tractor, so I trailered it myself. Trailering it myself was never the issue. Yeah, I was a bit steamed when it didn't shut off when I got it home the last time from having them work on it. I never took it back for good reason. They don't know what they are doing! I ran the wires down from the ignition switch, and they didn't tighten the ground wire nut coming down from the ignition switch to the engine block. And the wire for the kill switch was disconnected from the ignition coil. It's connected by way of a spade connector. They failed to tighten the ground wire and to replace the spade connector. I REPLACED THE SPADE CONNECTOR MYSELF, it's not that hard to see that after years, a spade connector will loosen and easily slide off the connection. 1990 GTH. Why did I wait to put in a review some might ask me? I gave it a lot of thought and decided that these people need to be aware of what they are doing. In the future, I will be going to McGavic Outdoor in Kokomo, Indiana if it's something that I can't figure out myself. By the way, I purchased that 1990 GTH brand new from McGavic back in 1990 and it's served me well to this day.
