Someone got in touch with me via e-mail right away and started to work on my order. A proof was sent to me for approval and about a week later I was able to pick up my completed posters and table tents! I thought prices were reasonable. 50% is due as a deposit when you place the order and the other 50% is due when you pick up. They offer delivery as well, but I live locally so I decided just to stop by. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, and the project printed out great! He could not get the printer to work for the customer in front of me, so he ended up calling Kash who by the way is great and he was getting so frustrated and he was cussing in front of customers and he ended up telling the customer in front of me after 15 minutes that he can't do what she needed. He did not acknowledge anybody he is always rude every time I come in it is just not good customer service. Kash should be there all the time or we need more people like him to be working the counter.

It just said that it wasn't it didn't mark if I needed to sign or someone needed to be there or whatever the reason was on the bottom it says to sign if they can leave it, I signed the next day. I get another door tag again without a reason of why they didn't deliver it so then I leave a note saying please deliver my package. I don't know what you need from me on the third day I get another door tag again without a reason. I tried to call the number and it's a robot that wouldn't let me talk to a real person. I tried to use the chat online and that's also a robot and there's no option to talk to a real person so today, I don't know where my package is. I don't know if I'll try to deliver it again. I don't know if it's gonna stay at the facility because I can't get in contact with anybody.
