Vinny was the most knowledgeable and with the fairest prices. From the start, Vinny understood the complexity of the grading, while his competitors did not. His team followed the exact manufacturers specifications when installing the walkway (it is essential not to skimp on these base materials). Additionally, his team didn't simply seed the lawn, they sowed the seeds and seeded at the same time, essentially double seeding the front yard.
