I called and I even showed up there in person coz I'm literally in so excruciating pain as I had mentioned but no accommodations could be made coz I had suggested that maybe I should go to a walk in clinic since my doctor could not see me. This was a very disappointing experience and at the end of the day we are all human and we all fall sick. It's already a nerve wrecking experience going to see a doctor, and it does not help when the people that are supposed to help you make that happen treat you like just another number. There was no sympathy, nothing. I'm really disappointed and I would never want anyone feeling the way I am be treated like that. I hope they do better!

Because of her, I haven't had to pay for my asthma inhalers since she gives me 3 months worth of smaller inhalers they give as samples.

This office houses two doctors, if dr. browne is out of the office, the receptionist always asks if the other doctor would be suitable. Which is fine because she's very kind also. Dr. Browne is very upfront about things which I appreciate and says if she doesn't know something but always finds out. They are quick with test results, and she's very gentle during ackward procedures. BEST OF ALL. You can get an appointment here at almost any time you want, NO WAITING. I can call leave a message and within an hour I could have an appointment for a few hours later, or they even say come now if you can it's no problem. This is so different than any other doctors office I've ever heard about. I live 45 min away and refuse to transfer to any other doctors office closer.
