I had a fair amount of shirts (13) and a suit so I was totally getting that they needed 5 days to turn it around, albeit I had much faster service in some other places I used to go in the city. Anyway the price was fine and I left them to their own devices. When I picked up the shirts they were fine until I noticed on several of my shirts they actually stapled the tags onto the actual shirt labels. Seriously I've never seen anything like this in any of the other dry cleaners I went to. I've seen them staple around the label or button holes on the tag itself but never on the actual label of the shirt. That's either some serious brain dead shit or some serious careless shit. God awful practice. Anyway I'm never coming back. I should have listened to my own gut and noticed why there wasn't much of a rack of dry cleaning in there. I guess the folks in the area know better than to read old questionable reviews and opt to do their cleaning elsewhere.

You need to buy a card to and fill it with fund to use the machine. The card cost $2 (non refundable) and if you deposit $20, there is a $3 bonus. It's CASH ONLY! The smallest machine starts at $5.74 but that also includes Free drying time too. I haven't been in a while so I was little confused about ho much drying time you get but it various depend on the size of the washer you use. The staff is usually friendly and the machines are easy to operate and clean. The bathroom didn't have any soap on my last visit. I hope they fix that.

Recently, I forgot my soaps and extra laundry bag. They have a soap and dryer sheets dispenser. I think it's $2.00 a box/load. The laundry card itself is $2.00 but if you pay in cash you get a small extra $ credit on the card. It also accepts debit or credit cards. Credit charges a small % fee to offset the credit card transaction fee. Washers take about 30 minutes, dryers you pay $0.40 per 5 minutes (or 7 minutes for smaller dryers). Mostly clean and people are friendly enough. It's a local go-to for larger items, or regular loads if you don't have a washer and dryer in your building. They also have drop off for a fee. At the front there are two very very large washers. It costs more but you could fit two winter fill, queen or king sized comforters in one machine, but those are often taken.
