Poor communication. Delay on the check. I rarely received any responses. They received more money than me.

the assistant were most of the time polite, and responsive(but there was small room for improvement).The attorney client communication could have definitely been better, it felt like i was constantly arguing with him and it was never about the client it was a quota to meet and he was too busy. During the process there were a few occasions where the ball was dropped i was scheduled for treatment or to pick up medication i was asked to pay out of pocket/and this is for accident were i was not at fault. I guess overall i would say the law firm was a 2 out of 5 ( there not completely bad, but definitely needs work) not like commercial on tv. but definitely a learning experience going forward. read more

They make you take chiropractor exams and pain management visits. At the end they will eventually drop you because they are incompetent and won't continue to fight the case against the insurance company. Haven't spoken to the lawyer once. The case manager only contacted us twice. And out of nowhere they just decide to drop the case. Update: The lawyer contacted me immediately after I left a review. However, when we asked for updates on the case, they were not available and would take long to reply. read more

This is an update of my 12/27/24 review. I can now say my case is FINALLY closed and I received my settlement check this week 3/11/25. This is just over two years since my accident, and about a year after my treatment was deemed finished. What I will say, my feelings have not much changed from my initial post. After leaving a 1 star review and emailing Kevin Rowe himself, I did receive a call from Mr. Rowe. He informed me he had not had time to even read my emails prior to contacting me mid January regarding the dissatisfaction of how my case was being handled. After speaking with Mr. Rowe, that is when things finally moved along. He stated I would realistically, I would receive my settlement by the end of February. When the distribution sheet came through my email, there were still inaccuracies preventing my initial signing. This was communicated and rectified quickly. The staff has been nothing but kind and I am now relieved this process is OVER. Just wanted to state the facts, advise caution for those moving forward, and follow through on my word to revise my review as I was asked by Lerner and Rowe. read more

I hired Lerner and Rowe over a year ago, it was unfortunately not all that they advertise. The attorney assigned to my case was completely unresponsive, seemed like he had no idea what he was doing, after NOTHING getting accomplished a year later my case was referred to a litigation attorney in which now more fees are required upon settlement and Lerner and Rowe did not even forward all necessary information to them. I am now having to do all the leg work that I had already provided to them. It's very disheartening. I would not use them again. read more

I had some really unsettling issues concerning my case in the beginning but the paralegal assisting my attorney not only insured me that things would b taken care of but also helped reinforce my initial claim. I has been two months since the accident and I'm doing much better now and just waiting to hear from them. As the case proceeds I'll edit my review to reflect my updated opinion however, as of now Learner in Rowe is as professional as they advertise and hopefully my settlement offer proves that they get the maximum amount in compensation because the suffering that resulted alone from the accident really affected my life. read more

My family and I were in a unfortunate traffic accident and we contacted Lerner and Rowe to help with our injury case. We were assigned Sara W for our case manager and she was AMAZING so quick to respond to all our questions and concerns and got the ball moving quickly and made it so easy on us!! I was disappointed in the service and customer care Lerner and Rowe provided during my time with them. First, I did all of the chasing down of paperwork due to the pandemic. I am the one who went by bus or taxi in the summer to go get copies of what they needed. I spent days waiting on hold and fighting to get some of these copies. I paid to send the paperwork in and used my little resources to do so. I had to lug around my Dad with dementia sometimes because I had no sitter. I am his caregiver, but I did what I had to. The communication in the 2 1/2 years was horrible. At one point I thought they had closed my case out. I called to make a complaint about someone and was forced to make the complaint to the person I was complaining about. This was both uncomfortable and awkward. Mostly because I knew my complaint was going to be for nothing. I finally settled because waiting almost 3 years was ridiculous to me. Then, the shock of how much they received came. I did the work I hired THEM to do, and they kept almost half of what the settlement was for. This seems so wrong. I did a big part of all the work from my wheelchair. With my dad with dementia and using public transportation in the heat! It is my recommendation is to go with someone else. Their catchphrase should be "In a wreak, we need a check". read more

There has been less to no communication in regards to my case. All communication has been initiated by myself and I don't even know my attorney's name to be honest. I have to reach out via text for a update. In which the response turn around time is 2-3 days. Last update has been the same for the last 60 plus days negotiating bill cost. I need a 10 stars button I was referred to this firm from a prior client who had a good experience. I made an appointment and I was very nervous but they were very reassuring. They listened to what occurred and they were willing to take my case. I have been blessed by this firm. I cannot praise this firm enough. I am beyond grateful for the amazing work of Scott Zeitler. I was rear-ended by a drunk driver while attempting to take a right turn , I was hot so hard that I thought my back was broke and my wife was so scared. Thus far, I am very displeased with this law group. 33.3% off your GROSS settlement (so before medical), the assistant (or paralegal, whatever) Sara is wonderful and attentive, but the lawyers are not. We have been shifted lawyers 3 times since we signed on with them. Over the phone, you are spoken AT with a very demeaning tone. The lawyers will be walking away with more money from my case than I will. Long story short, settle your own case. Attempt 200% total loss and do not accept an insurance company's offer until it has been stated that this is their highest possible, final offer. read more

These attorneys are scam artists. They take advantage of people when they are vulnerable after an accident they spent two years and took 4/5 of my settlement. They were not even capable of getting a significant reduction to my medical bills they sent me to doctors that had no interest in any kind of medical assistance In 6 months on my own I could have received the same offer from the insurance. They are lazy incompetent have horrible customer service no accountability or even decency. I will continue telling everyone I know not to use this company. read more

I WISH I could give less stars. It has been OVER a year and we still haven't settled our case. We have gone through at least 5 different lawyers who can't seem to contact us ever. It seems like everytime we call it's someone new. The most recent guy is very polite, but still very vague about everything. They haven't done anything about our property loss or our medical or emotional trauma. We've been as patient, polite, and compliant as we can be, but it is terribly frustrating when they have zero answers and have taken so long. Many of others I've known to be in accidents have their cases settled in a matter of weeks. Not us, and then they're still going to make a killing off us. Much appreciated for all the "hard work", glad you deserve the compensation for our pain and suffering. Oh and did I mention I was the driver of the vehicle that got hit and I never once got a phone call from any of the lawyers. All the calls have been to my mother who was the passenger?
