I think our government should get involved and keep these bastards from taking our money in good faith, but never give you the real money to fix things! Was looking for a homeowners policy for a second property, because I had a homeowners claim when my A/C units flooded my dining room three years ago they would not underwrite a policy. I had thought that paying an insurance premium was so that when the unexpected occurred you would be covered. Well good news is that you are, the bad news is that insurer's will not cover you in the future. Very disappointing!
