I was in contact with Courtney Hurley when I initially needed to transfer my insurance from NC to SC after I moved back here. I was informed I would be contacted about this process, but had to eventually reach out to them after not hearing anything on either side from NC or SC. During this time, I was in two accidents that were no fault on my end, and while my vehicle was not in motion. Both insurance claims state this. Upon finally reaching back out to Courtney, I am being informed, with 3 weeks left before my insurance ends, that State Farm is dropping me as a client after never missing a payment, being a customer for 15+ years, and only being in two accidents within the same month, which were no fault on my end..... Thanks a lot for the great communication and customer service! I guess I will never be a customer of State Farm ever again after this insanity. Please do not do business with people who are going to have zero communication in a process, and then drop you as a client with no reasoning, but can only HINT at why they are not renewing your policy.
