Hey presto 10 mins later we were sat in the frenetic centre of an incredibly well oiled machine. More waiters than you can shake a stick at, all with personality and humour that made for fun interactions when you don't speak fluent Spanish! No really it was fun rather than awkward! And food so varied fresh and delicious that you can't believe how they can serve it so quick!
