However, I just feel that not all but some of the employees act snooty like they have to act upper class in order to sell make up. I hesitated to post this, but every time I go in, I find that there are some down to earth, helpful people, and subsequently, there are others who seem short with me and just have a feeling that they're better than me or anyone else and trying to rush me when I have a question. I don't know if there are any classes you can give them, but we actually had to go to these type of classes while in the Medical field . It really makes a difference in how you respond to customers . And then again, there are such wide varieties of personalities nowadays but maybe that is their natural personality. it's just that I think they could do a little bit better on their customer service areas. Other than that, this is a great location, a very clean store with a lot of various products of which one can indulge.

My hair looked absolutely nothing like the picture I provided and requested and instead was a knotted pinned mess hairspray matted to my head. During the process several times I made mention it didn't seem like it was being done right as I requested and was so disappointed and dissatisfied when I got to see the back but was told it did not look the same but it looks good and is pinned in.
