I tried to tell him to to filw the top of my nails too much because they are paper thin and it hurts and he started shouting saying that's the only way to do it. and I asked for a buffer but he refused to use a buffer. then he shouted at me when I picked up a phone call. the end result was not even the usual shape of my nails. he made them square and they look fake.
