When Colin arrived he went right to work and I was amazed at his ability to keep his composure when it was obvious our drains were severely clogged. And through the snaking process a worn out copper pipe was detected and Colin was able to get behind the wall of the vanity and complete the repair as well as adding a much needed clean-out. We were beyond impressed with the service we received but went into shock when we were given the cost of the work. I have called around and have found pricing from $85/hr. to $130/hr. We are just wondering why your services are $20 higher than your most expensive competitor. Also, they have to shut off your gas because the crack is causing a carbon monoxide leak and it's too dangerous! It's the middle of winter of course. They have a solution though! We sent an email to them outlining this and had no response. Their lack of professionalism and customer service will have us use a different contractor in the future.

We had a frozen pipe in our house and after the City came out and determined it wasn't the main, we heated the room and pipes they told us for over 4 hours. When we still didn't have water, we called Baumann's. They dispatched Adam, who wasn't told what the problem was but we caught him up to speed. He spent the next 2 hours re-doing what we already told him the City and ourselves had completed. He LEFT WITHOUT FIXING THE ISSUE. We were charged yet he left while we still had NO WATER. Lucky for us a friend of ours got off work and came over to help. Adam had told us to heat the wrong room, we would NEVER have gotten the water back if we had listened to Baumann's. Took our friend 45 minutes because he took the time to trace the line. Shame on you Baumann's!!!
