It is near the Notre Dame Basilica de Quebec. Simons is a very small and quiet department store. Convenient for the tourist who forgot to pack something or now needs warmer clothing for the cold Quebec weather. We were surprised that Simons did not have a small giftware section where we might purchase a unique souvenir of our visit to Old Quebec that would not end up being a dusty tchotchke.

The attractive entrance suggests an upscale indoor shopping galleria. Unfortunately, there was little to see or do in this dark poorly lit arcade.
