Dec. 16, first big snow of this year, I had to remove the snow by myself 2 days, otherwise I could not drive in and out of my car from the garage. sent messages twice to company's website, no response at all. Dec. 22 received a message said no service if a car in driveway and slope driveway. My cars are always in garage and the driveway is flat. But Dec. 23 morning the driver came without doing anything and left. Dec. 23 morning sent messages to company again, called twice, no one answered. Rip-off, liars, they charge you for services they never complete. Go elsewhere. Horrible company

7 years as a customer and the first real snow storm in all those years, they only remove the snow once in the morning! Impossible to talk to anyone, only a voice message saying that for "safety reason", they were stopping all activities as 1pm.
