They were slow, ignored building security instructions, and had a hard time listening to simple instructions (like do not move this item). They dropped and destroyed a glass desk because they wanted to carry it with a mattress at the same time. They almost permanently damaged a king size mattress because they tried to cram it into an elevator on a dolly when clearly the dolly would not fit. Finally they deliberately overcharged my credit card and then refused to credit the amount back. If this company ever breaks something during a move due to their negligence good-luck ever getting compensation for any items they break. Ils ont endommagé de façon presque permanente un matelas king size parce qu'ils ont essayé de l'entasser dans un ascenseur sur un chariot alors qu'il était clair que le chariot ne rentrait pas. Finalement, ils ont délibérément surfacturé ma carte de crédit et ont ensuite refusé de recréditer le montant. Si cette entreprise casse quelque chose lors d'un déménagement en raison de sa négligence, bonne chance pour obtenir une compensation pour les articles qu'elle casse. They lost some of our valuables, sent some stuff to the wrong city, and took ZERO responsibility. To call it a dispointment would be an understatement. So recently, we hired these guys to help us move since they seemed witty and pretty genuine. What a mistake! Bottom line: they were not careful with our things and caused hundreds of dollars in damage. We discovered quite a few damaged boxed but the coup de resistance was a smashed 40" television. When we called to point this out they said "too bad" and that it's all part of the risk of hiring movers! When we tried to argue with them they had the audacity to suggest that we smashed our TV before the move and planned to frame the movers for damage all along! As a final word of warning against us, they said that if we try to take them to small claims court it would be their word versus ours and there are more of them than us so good luck! When we dug a little deeper, it became clear that these guys are neither a legitimate business nor are they insured - which means when they damage something, they wash their hands and walk! Plus, we noticed that in the fine print of their contract they claim that they are not responsible for damages - in particular televisions, which suggests that they have a track record of breaking electronics. If you value your things, don't hire these guys. Get some reputable movers.

I called again on Thursday and his voice mailbox was full and was not accepting any more messages. I emailed him again to CANCEL the truck and had to scramble to find another van and some help for my move this morning. Quite a disappointment to say the least. Not very dependable! Good news is that I ended up paying $100 less than what I was quoted by this company for a van and 2 men. So, this worked out for the best.
