Threatened to shut off water, in the winter, with a newborn baby if we did not pay for the service call - even though he was there a total of 5 minutes and litterally did nothing. I was promised a new plumber to come on Jan 6 to finally resolve... after they didnt show up at the planned time, i callled and the owner martin spoke to me. this guy is about 100 yrs old, barely can speak coherently and did absolutely nothing other than blame us for his companies incompetence. this is a dinosaur quebec company that deserves to die off. I would absolutely not call this plumber. their staff are rude and dirty, their ownership is horrible. the only saving grace here was the nice girl at reception trying her best to help out with a bunch of animals working around her.
