We had a problem over the holidays. Plumber came in and left without fixing the problem. Called back the next day to have someone else come in. same plumber came back, very angrily and didnt do any work then wanted to charge us. Threatened to shut off water, in the winter, with a newborn baby if we did not pay for the service call - even though he was there a total of 5 minutes and litterally did nothing. I was promised a new plumber to come on Jan 6 to finally resolve... after they didnt show up at the planned time, i callled and the owner martin spoke to me. this guy is about 100 yrs old, barely can speak coherently and did absolutely nothing other than blame us for his companies incompetence. this is a dinosaur quebec company that deserves to die off. I would absolutely not call this plumber. their staff are rude and dirty, their ownership is horrible. the only saving grace here was the nice girl at reception trying her best to help out with a bunch of animals working around her. Less than zero. They do not provide adequately knowledgeable professionals. As well after you report the problem to their management they gaslight you by harassing you and calling your family members to defame you for reporting deficiencies in their employees conduct. The only fair treatment of their company is to not use them There are plumber shortages everywhere but it is wrong to hire unqualified workers who may have passed certification but appear to have minimal experience in plumbing. The worker who came here claimed there was an electrical problem. The previous plumber installed the dishwasher with some mistakes so it is too noisy. Trying to increase the fees and leaving it unfixed and blaming the client will not save their business. Vandalism is illegal and creating problems that weren't there before is a form of illegal conduct and should be considered a form of fraud. Charging my landlord for work not done is totally unprofessional. We are using another plumber with better reviews to finish the job. read more

My condo association called them to do a routine plumbing cleaning and they were rude and didn't do a very good job. We had to call another company a few months later to get the job done right. I looked into their business a bit more & personally have seen on many occasions abuse of a Germain Shepard that they leave outside in a locked area in front of their building for years. They leave this animal outside in the cold while it's freezing without any concern for this animals well being without shelter. In extreme heat waves it's the same thing. We had a problem with our kitchen sink drain and since we wanted the issue resolved, we also asked them to fix our shower faucet. We called them just as they open for the day and within 30 minutes, we got a call back and a plumber was coming. He knew exactly what he had to do and got the job done on a good time. He had a good sense of humor and was nice. He even gave us advice on how we can better our premises as honestly as he could without offending us. Don't hesitate to give them a call. The worst company the owner Roger Barre is dishonest and a liar. He has no customer service and knowledge of any products he installs. If you ask him a technical question he gives you a run around and he is inconsistent with any of his information. One day he'll tell you one thing and the next he'll tell you something else. There are better companies out there than this one. We had a furnace issue he said he would order a piece months later no news from him. When we called him he said the piece would come in from China and with the pandemic it was delayed. We heard nothing then months later we call for an another update and he advises that a complete new furnace is required and gave us the blab...blab..blab story. You ask him a technical question on a computerized furnace and he is unable to answer. He prides himself by saying he has so many years of experience. In my opinion he should go back to school to update his skills as time and products change he has limited knowledge of the new and upcoming digital systems. Got the bill, the total increased from 1000$ to 1500$ with the "extras". With the cold weather a pipe is now popping out of the gypsum wall; the plumber cut the pipe too short. They say they'll redo the work if I want, but weren't all that friendly about it. They didn't even care about the mess and damages they caused the first time, but no longer surprised about that. I had a very upsetting diagnosis from a Jodoin plumber who insisted with his 10 years of experience I could trust his conclusion into my problem...I had a leak under my sink into my kitchen cupboards. His diagnosis, which he gave me verbally and then sent me a written copy, was that I had to lift my granite counter and change the entire sink and faucet...I had nightmares about the job of lifting the granite counter which has a seam at one end...A friend of mine (definitely not a plumber) said "Have you looked into changing the cartridge in your faucet"? I called Grohe, they sent me a new cartridge, free of charge, and then I called another plumbing firm who changed the cartridge (badly... as the handle jiggles where it didn't before) all the while saying he doubted this would fix the problem...well it did fix the problem...no more leaks...Very poor performance by a so called experienced plumber. read more
