I think the owners we still training part of the team, but some more experienced members were working at a fast pace. We ordered the classic raclette (8$), which consists of roasted potatoes covered in melted Oka cheese and topped with cornichons and pickled silverskin onions. The truck had about 4 wheels of cheese melting on rotation, but I don't think it was enough to keep up with their own popularity. We received 2 scrapes of cheese. The first wave of melting goodness looked great (but very pale); the second one was barely soft. As a result, the relatively small amount of melted cheese cooled down rapidely and didn't coat the potatoes as well as expected. Also, the latter were a bit dry. Overall a good experience, but the limitations of the food truck and the overwhelming crowd somewhat lessened it. Anyhow, I am now a raclette fan! Update: props to the girl who sent out our order - she was still working at 11 PM yesterday! What a trooper!

It was nice to try a new type of poutine but the classic fries and gravy is the hard to beat. If you that food truck you wont be disappointed by the quality of the ingredients and the melted cheese miam. A bit pricey but worth trying it! The price-tag was decent, only $6! So I grabbed one and got some lemonade to go with it.... and disappointed would be an understatement after my first bite. Sure it looked appealing with lots of meat but the taste/sauce was pretty plain to me. It lacked character and emotion... ultimately I felt forced to eat so mediocre and once I ended up halfway into the sandwich... look at that... no more meat... just lots of salad leafs though? I've had a lot of pulled pork in my life and this didn't hold its ground at all. And the lemonade? It was pretty watered down. This was shameful. I consequently helped myself to some homemade lemonade down the street at Ben & Jerry's... which was made completely in front of me. Delicious.... Perhaps a bad day but not a good experience. I decided to go for the pecans, maple bites and maple syrup sundae. Off the bat, the soft serve vanilla ice cream is killer. Nice soft silky texture with a great vanilla flavour. Great base to add some sweeter additions. The maple and pecan crunch added some nice contrast to the smooth ice cream and the maple syrup... well it's maple syrup people. You all know what that adds to a sundae. Just a great sundae - the perfect summer treat as you walk around downtown taking in the sights and sounds. Cheers!

We asked if it contains alcohol and the answer is no! Therefore it is kid friendly! Yay for that. But it does taste like the cocktail. I took the blueberry one and it looks like it contains real blueberries inside. However, my boyfriend thought it tastes like raspberries. We have yet to try their ice cream. It was the first truck I ordered from since it was right by the entrance and there was no line up -perhaps it was the anticipation build up and my hunger that helped turn this 7$ croissant into of the one best light snacks I've ever had. Yes, it's pricey, although this is something I'd only have at special events. There's something fun about ordering from a truck! I was hoping they would serve up their classic ham or bacon creations but I opted for the mediterranean (sundried tomatoes, ricotta cheese, basil) which was a perfect mix. The croissant is nice and flakey on the outside, tender and buttery inside- Great blend of salty and sweet. I'm looking forward to trying more from their menu, this is a must if you're visiting the food truck event at the Olympic Stadium, I love how light and flavorful this is, leaving room for all the other trucks on my to-eat check list. They were among four food trucks at Millenium Park in Dorval. I ordered the rib poutine, which the server seemed extremely happy about and said "I recommend it! It's a good choice!" Sure, that may be due to the fact that it was one of the most expensive menu items, but after trying it, I understand why. It is packed with meat. It was so, so, so delicious. I had a hard time deciding between that and their quesadillas, so now I have a reason to keep track of where they will be next! I posted a photo of the menu they had today, so you can see more of what they offer. I will definitely want to try more of their food.
