History

Established in 2021.

Les Taxis Maska officially started September 1st 2021 with the mindset of being an alternative to the old typical taxi service business model. We wanted to set forward a new model with an easier way for customers to order a cab and to follow its status. Customers can use the universal TaxiCaller for passengers app to book a cab near them or pre-book for later. Businesses have access to an online portal with a set of tools for booking, managing and reporting, improving efficiency in their transportation needs.

Meet the Business Owner: Alexandre B.

My partners and I started this business to offer an alternative to customers to meet their transportation needs. We also wanted to provide an easier way for potential drivers to be able to serve without needing to purchase expensive licenses. As natives of the city, we knew a lot of people who were unsatisfied with the only taxi company ruling over a monopoly for over 50 years. They have great expectations for us and we do intend on keeping the flow going!

We used this taxi service to get to and from the Holiday Inn into downtown Ste Hyacinthe. Very good…read moreservice, friendly drivers, clean, modern cars. When we wanted to go back to the hotel, I called them and a taxi was there in 30 seconds. We got in, but actually another taxi was on its way for us and it was just a coincidence that this one was passing by. The driver called in to dispatch, told them she had us and then drove us back to the Holiday Inn. The next morning, when we were biking to St Jean sur Richelieu, we called Taxi Windsor to take our luggage. They came right away and our bags were in St Jean sur Richelieu when we got there later that day.

He/She just came, took our bags and drove them to Drummondville. We got to Drummondville later in the day and all our bags were there.
