The condominium wanted to file a law suit against me company. Thanks it Frank their attorney took me off the case. The next damage accident happened on 2017 after Hurricane Irma with a bobcat. My worker inadvertently drove over my customer's neighbor's driveway to remove a branch damaged by the strong wind. The machine destroyed the old asphalt driveway and the owner wanted to open a law suit to get compensations. I was trying to pay for the damages but she refused it. Frank took over and shortly after with a few letter, the case was settled. Recently I crashed into a irresponsible driver who cut me off and made me crash into the back of his car - this case is still pending (it's been a year). My landlord is trying to sue me for not painting his house after living in the house for 4 years - this case is still pending as well. A worker had an accident at work. He got hurt. frank resolved the case with a few letters. The client will be responsible after the accident through works man compensation insurance.
