Absolutely terrible business! We dropped off our paperwork a month ago to have our taxes done. My financial advisor had sent them a password-protected email two weeks prior and they forgot to mention that they are too incompetent to open it? Follow the directions. How hard is that? I stopped in yesterday to talk to them and see if they figured out how to open it. I can open the email with no problem. They still couldn't figure out how to type 6 digits! Scott Pacetti told us to take our business elsewhere. It was April 15th, tax day. What a piece of work! By the way, they also lost some of our paperwork last year and I had to reprint it.
