Navy Fed is nationwide So, I got online and registered for a savings and a money market account. The sign up was quick and painless, and we were members before we knew it. We went into this location and were shocked by the modern set up. It is very up to date, clean, and logical - you check in at the front desk where a friendly face greets you and triages your needs. You then proceed to a waiting area and wait for either a teller or an agent to assist. That day we deposited money and cashed out savings bond. Everything went smoothly and we were in and out in about 20 minutes. All of the staff was friendly and welcoming. There are TVs in the waiting area if you have to wait for an extended time. There is a drive thru and ATM at this location. All in all we are very pleased with our membership!
