He has a reliable network of reasonably priced contractors and service providers for repairs and maintenance. He's handy himself and can often take care of smaller issues, which has helped me save on costs. Rent distributions were always on time, and he handled several difficult situations professionally and smoothly. When it came time to sell the property, Matt was equally helpful. He was knowledgeable about the market, priced the property strategically, coordinated repairs and cleaning, offered practical advice, and helped negotiate with the buyer. He was always available when I needed help and made the entire sale process much easier. She shows up to our condo's annual meetings with little or no information and then just guesses when you ask her questions, which has usually been the wrong answer. She picks and chooses what emails she wants to respond to - mostly just ignores you. However, when you address her about it, she gives you an attitude + claims she doesn't do that...we have multiple ignored emails over the years to support. PMA does not know how to do proper accounting either. On more than one occasion, they've claimed we've owed them money and we've had to prove to them where they were wrong, yet they've failed to apologize. Wonder how many others they've told they owe money and they've just paid thinking they could trust our management company? We've been lied to, ignored, and they've asked for money from us that they were not owed.....I'd highly recommend staying away from PMA.
