Shane is an absolute Godsend. I came on my building's board of trustees to an absolute mess in 2018. We had a property management firm with a name that rhymes with "Parvest" that frankly did nothing but take condo fees - they didn't actually manage anything. We had bad relationships with our vendors, nothing ever got fixed, and everyone in the building was at best confused, at worst outright suspicious about the property management firm and the Board. I knew right away I'd found the right manager when I met Shane in late 2020. He's straight to the point, direct, and fast to respond (first time I called him was over Thanksgiving weekend - he called me back within 30 seconds). When he started in March 2021, he went to work right away. First thing he learned: our building was insolvent due to Parvest's poor management. In plain English, this means we would have been uninsurable and the banks issuing everyone's mortgages would have demanded repayment in full. NOT GOOD. But Shane saved our asses, creating a plan to raise the necessary money - and preparing for what could have been a difficult meeting, which he handled like a champ. He was able to calmly, plainly communicate why condo fees would have to increase. As a board member, I feel he presented this bad news in a mature, understandable way. Additionally, Shane forwent payment for months, until we had enough funds. The man went above and beyond. In my time on the board, I saw Shane handle everything from contractors with dishonest contracts to people with difficult personalities, all with unflappable grace. He can easily dissect condo docs and contracts and has an impeccable grasp on condo law - and can smell a bullshitter a mile away. Random fact: Shane worked on Wall Street before going into property management, and it shows. A year later, we're solvent, we have a reserve, we're paying our bills. We're amending our condo docs to modernize them (they hadn't been updated since 1986) and can start taking on projects and hiring better services. There's still a lot of work to be done, but things are going in the right direction. All in all, I have nothing but good to say about this business. Shane saved our association (and each of our investments) from ruin multiple times over. I'd recommend him to anyone, especially if you're sick of bad management companies that do nothing (doubly so if they rhyme with "Parvest"). 10/10, would hire Dynamic again! read more

This is the company that manages the property I lived in for the past 6 years. Shane is super responsive. He was even more so when my husband end up with Cancer. I had a concern about the railings and how sturdy they were for a grown man needing them for stability. Not even 24 hours later the handy man reinforced them. I cannot say enough great things about Shane Yellin. I rented from Shane for 3 years, and would have continued to if the new job I had landed didn't require me to relocate. Shane is professional, punctual and kind (among many other things). Every time my roommate or I needed something, he took care of it, and did it fast. One time my thermostat broke on a nice sunny day. Although I had no need for heat immediately, Shane had someone over the same day to fix it. I did not have many instances where I needed to bug Shane, but when I did, it was always taken care of. I will miss working with Dynamic Property Management. Toilet breaks 3 days before Thanksgiving? Shane will have it fixed before the holiday. Terrible neighbors ripped the front door off again? Shane will have a new door the next day. Other terrible neighbors broke the washing machine by filling it with pennies? Shane will have that fixed in a day. I lived in an apartment that Shane managed for about 2 years and all of these things (and more) happened. The bottom line here is that Shane Yellin is excellent at his job. He is realistic, has an amazing work ethic, and a sense of humor (which a lot of realty/property people sorely lack). Shane's been working for us on a mixed use residential/commercial property in Peabody. Prior company was totally incompetent and rents were in serious arrears, the property was trashed.... it was a complete turnaround by Dynamic. In 18 months the property is fully rented at increased rents in each unit, every unit and the exterior is up to snuff maintenance wide, tenants are happy and now the owners are happy. Dynamic property management. Where do I begin? I'll start with Shane Yellin- he's awesome. He is the magic man and he will make it happen. Fast. He truly accomplished things in less time than I thought humanly possible.
