My first session was rescheduled after the fact and the sessions amount to what you can find on Youtube. After attempting to reschedule a missed session, which Reggie failed to respond to twice by email, I decided to cut my losses with this sham of a counseling center that just churns people through that are here by court mandate. Look for a more professional center if you want real help.

all reggie is after is your money. he makes you pay prior to your service and then never shows up…read moreto the scheduled appointments that he chooses the dates and times for. you can call, text and email him while you wait for your appointment and never hear from him. you can call their office for appointments and because they never answer their phone you leave multiple voicemails and you can request an appointment through their website and it takes multiple weeks for them to respond to you. his priority is money and not the clients. please, please, please do not use these services. as a licensed professional, he causes more stress and anxiety than what he does solving it. do your research before using him. check his google reviews, there's a couple on there that also states he forgets about appointments. i suppose if you're looking for a licensed therapist that doesn't return calls, forgets about scheduled appointments that he schedules, isn't professional, cares more about money than the client and causes you more stress and anxiety that youre already experiencing then he would be your dude. but i do not recommend him or anyone on his team. they all have the same work ethic which is extremely poor.
