Over the past several years I have dealt with Leslie motors in several ways. They are the only people I let touch my older collector Mustang, I'm on my second one that I've had now. The first one I had I told the service department to do whatever needed to be done to it; I had just purchased it and was going to put it away for the winter. I expected a huge bill when I went back in to pick it up. I was told all it needed was the oil change and new oil filter I had asked for! I knew I had found the right dealership. In the years following they have continued to maintain the level of honesty and integrity that they displayed when I first walked in their door. When I decided to replace my family vehicle, Don Leslie introduced me to Ted Pinckney, one of their sales agents. We are now on our third vehicle purchased through Ted, and thinking about our fourth. If Ted tells you something, you can take that to the bank. Have the Ford vehicles been flawless, well no, but Leslie Motors don't make them, just sell them. I had as issue with my brakes. Leslie's was very busy but still managed to pencil me in on short notice. It was found that a caliper boot was torn. They had to send a driver to Mississauga (about an hour and a half each way) to get the part as they knew that I needed the van the next day. They were able to get me back on the road that day.
