I have been trying to get rid of a timeshare that I have owned for almost 15 years. I contacted Bill to try to help me understand the documents and to try to figure out some way to dispose of the timeshare. He was able to explain the documents to me and we contacted the company directly while in his office. Both of us spoke to the company rep and after about 20 minutes Bill was able to convince them that due to my age (81) that I was not using it anymore and wanted to be rid of it. They agreed to let me get out of the contract and said they would send me the documentation to complete the process. I could not believe how quickly and easily he was able to accomplish this. Approximately one month later I received documents in the mail from the company which allowed me to turn over the time share to them. I filled out the papers, had them notarized and mailed them back. I would definitely recommend Bill to anyone I know.
