David's deep knowledge of the SLC market, consistent availability to answer our questions (even the simplest ones), and genuine attention to our needs makes him exceptional. His expertise, eye for detail, and dedication to his profession shone through at every step of the journey. David set up listing alerts for our broad search area and took us to see over 30 homes. He educated us on all the things we should expect from a house in our price range. This included the quality of cabinetry, appliances, flooring/ carpet, tile arrangement, the type of grout used and so on. He didn't shy away from pointing out deficiencies in a house that were not apparent to me or my wife.
