She then figured out that we had booked the same date, but a month earlier. (Our mistake). She graciously allowed us to used the reservation for the current day with no problems. Not all places would be so understanding and accommodating - excellent customer service! She made sure we knew how to get to the place we planned to snow tube at, and was just so helpful in general. Took it in for an annual tune-up. They forgot to tighten the lock bolt for the front axle - it was barely hand tight. That could have been a hazard. I fixed it. Despite friendly staff, won't let them touch my bike ever again.

I am an outdoorsman, but these days I reside in warmer climes. A chance encounter at a roadside coffee joint revealed that my choice of outerwear was sorely behind the times. Curious to understand this phenomenon, we stopped by their flagship store after fishing, so that he could show me what the fuss was all about. Holy Toledo. We wound up spending over $100 on masks, gloves, clothing & 3 'sleds' - or whatever they're called, lol. The racks were packed with shirts, jackets and pants, but since the shop is small, it is difficult to find your size and match your preference. But hey, check it out anyway, you just never know!
