I was desperate for some junk removal. I requested a quote and Alan called to schedule one with me. Alan and Khoi came out and told me in advance what they could and couldnt take, we scheduled a time, and rolled with it. Day of, they were on time and came ready to kick some junk ass! We had over a decades worth of junk and unwanted trash. I thought it was a project that would take at least half a day....however, let loose swooped in and cleared everything out in less than an hour. They cleared my side yard in less than 10 minutes...I finally got to see the dirt that was underneath! My dad has a hard time letting go of some of the items and we went back and forth on what could be taken. They were incredibly patient and respected that it was tough. They reassured us that they were here to help and nothing more and to take our time. They all wore masks (but it was like 85 degrees and I knew they were burning up) so we tried to give them space so they could breathe. Super amazing and incredibly fun group to work with! I really like the crew. when they show up, GET OUT OF THE WAY! they clearly talk over with you what you want done, how it should be, and a good price, even if it's an estimate. I'm really happy with these guys. They don't stand around and chat about your life, they get to work and knock the job out as fast as reasonable and safely as possible. If you don't know me, I'm a jerk. I REALLY shop around and make sure I get my money's worth. I feel like I got a deal with SIX loads of my crap going to the dump over a few weeks time. I also have a bad back and arthritis. I could have rented a uhaul and hired a few dudes from Home Depot, but my time and back is worth more than me running around reserving a truck and hoping I find a few good workers. I had a pile of junk I was tired of looking at and I didn't want to visit the garbage dump. I looked on yelp for junk removal services and contacted a few of the companies. All of them asked for a picture of the junk and they would give me an immediate quote. Out of the top three companies I found on yelp, Let Loose Hauling(EJ) was the only company to actually give me an immediate quote. They were fairly priced considering what it would cost me in time and money to dump it myself. EJ's business partner Mark along with his crew were able to stop by that same day and remove the junk. All 4 of them were wearing face masks due to the issue with Covid-19, which I appreciated. They were friendly, fast and thorough making sure they removed everything I was trying to get rid of.
