Let's Sushi! The bill at Let's Sushi is around $70,for two people. which is pretty reasonable for a sushi place. The fish there is super fresh, and the rolls are really good too! And guess what? They even have a soft serve ice cream machine! It's a nice treat after enjoying all that delicious sushi. Now, about the Chinese food bar... I have to be honest with you, it's a bit lacking in flavor. But hey, the good news is that you're there for the sushi, right? So you can still enjoy all the amazing rolls and fresh fish they have to offer. Overall, Let's Sushi is a great place to satisfy your sushi cravings. This place really surprised me! I was visiting family in Regina and decided to stop by as this place is right next to my hotel. Service and food was great! I did not get the buffet, just ordered Al-a-carte. We got the C3, C18 combos and beef fried rice. Portions were great, price is very fair and quality of all of the food was awesome. Buffet was very expensive for Regina, and the waitress said you can order sushi rolls. I asked for a few orders of salmon Maki, and she didn't know what Maki was !!.. the train is mostly filled with cheap sushi like egg or tofu when I was there.. We have been to this restaurant a few times before, and my son liked it for the all-you-can-eat sushi conveyor belt. Tonight, it was his 19th birthday and he wanted to go for sushi. The restaurant we wanted to go to was closed, so he chose Let's Sushi. When we got in, they told us that their chinese food buffet was open again (closed because of the pandemic). Our younger son, who will never go with us for sushi, agreed to join us. When he heard the buffet was open, he was happy and went to load up. When he came back, he had an assortment of food, and he was happy that he found chicken wings. After a couple of bites of a chicken wing, he stopped and showed us that the wing was dripping in blood - it was raw. He tore apart the other wings, and they were the same. He stopped eating, he was sick to his stomach. He went to the washroom, thinking he might get sick. When we told and showed the staff, they agreed it was raw chicken, but they didn't seem too concerned. After a few minutes once my son got back from the bathroom and told me he was going to go sit in the car, I told the waiter/waitress that he was feeling ill, and wasn't eating anymore. They had to have a huddle before deciding that they wouldn't charge him the $30+ for his meal. She told me that the chicken was raw because the chicken wings were big. Really? Meanwhile, I went to get a plate from the buffet - I grabbed a plate from the pile, and it had dried food all over it. I grabbed another plate and went to grab a few things. When I got back to the table, everyone was feeling pretty off because of the raw chicken and the ruined birthday. Everyone took a couple of bites, (there was some mystery "beef" dish that didn't look like beef, and tasted off that both the birthday boy and wouldn't eat) and we were done. I was extremely disappointed in how this was handled. I was thinking of family and friends that have run restaurants or pubs in the past and the bars that I have worked at. If someone had ever received raw anything, the whole meal would have been comped, and someone would have been apologizing profusely at the table, asking what they could do to make it right. The staff just generally avoided us. When we left, and got a $100 bill for 3 all you can eat meals, I told the cashier/manager that I was really disappointed, that this ruined the birthday party, and that my youngest son had gone home because he thought he was going to be sick. She said, "but we take his meal off the bill" - I said yes, but it was a birthday party for the family, and he wasn't there, and he also told us that he would never come back to that restaurant. When I told the manager, she said "it was just the chicken" -- I said that the site of someone eating raw chicken threw everyone off. She said, "well, it was the kitchen's fault" I just shook my head. I paid the bill, and told her that it was unlikely that we would return. She said, "oh no, that's not good" It's not the money. Going out for food these days is expensive - that's just the way it is. I think I'm paying for the food, professional service, and someone concerned that we're not getting poisoned. There are a ton of better-run food alternatives in Regina. That's the last time we'll go to Let's Sushi. If you go, watch for uncooked or undercooked food! No one else will. read more

We ordered in for mothers day and I was looking forward to trying the place cause it was new and they have a big menu with a lot of great sounding items on it. We ordered from Skip and we ordered ginger beef, General Tso's chicken, sweet and sour chicken and chicken fried rice. My kids started eating before I did but when I went to eat my chicken fried rice I took a bite and it was a really weird texture like it was raw. I took it out of my mouth and it was most definitely pink inside and raw. I noticed my daughter had eaten it all but the one big hunk of chicken that she chewed and spit out. It was also raw. I looked in the container and while a couple of the pieces were cooked the majority of the others were also raw. So I contacted Skip and they refunded just the price of the Chicken Fried Rice. They said that was all that they are allowed to refund because of the agreement that they have with the restaurant. I called the restaurant to let them know that they gave us raw chicken. At first the guy was nice and he said he would see what he could do for me and that he would call right back. He called back and he told me that the chicken is not raw (He didn't see it or ask to see it). He said that the chicken there is normally pink in the middle and tried to say that it was because of the spices they use. I told him there was no spice on it cause there wasn't. He said I just can't see the spice because it is white. He said that they actually get a lot of calls of complaints about their chicken and also their pork because people think they are raw but they aren't. He assured me that they boil it so that means it can't be raw. I said that they don't boil it long enough. I just wanted a refund for the total of my order because after my kids ate raw chicken from their place I am concerned that they will end up getting sick from it. The only offer made was to send us a new rice that they would make sure was cooked even though they said the one we got in the first place was cooked. I have pictures of the raw chicken. I will never order from them again and will spread the word about the restaurant that thinks it is ok for chicken to be pink inside. read more
