They stated that they reviewed the cameras and that I had not washed my car since July 2023. That was because I was using Rich's on Airport. ( I will never use anyone but Rich's after this) Also I was told that I should visit the bug wash station before washing the car if they would have clearly reviewed their cameras they would have seen that I did that and I also stated that I had visited the bug wash station in my review. Chase came out and walked us through the current issues we were facing and then described step by step what would be next if we chose to move forward with them. He was respectful and detail oriented with us and made sure we understood the full picture of what needed to be mitigated.
