I don't think my car looked this beautiful the day I drove it off the lot. Their space is very big, they have lots of vacuums and I honestly believe they have the best suction of any vacuums in Mobile. Plus the nozzles are shaped differently so you can get into all the cracks and crevices. In addition to the several different washes they offer there is also a bug treatment you can put on your car before you go through the machine which works really well and they have a machine that cleans your floor mats. It both washes and dries your floor mats all in one machine and it works really well. They have a $3 wash special on Monday. There may be another one on a different day but that's the only one I know of. I love these guys, I come out from midtown to go here and I will never wash my car anywhere else.

I went to get my car washed. After getting my car washed I went to vacuum it out and raw sewage from this machine covered my upper body, got in my hair and ruined my white blouse. I actually thought it was raining; once I saw this black stuff spilling all over me and inside my car door and front seat. I had to jump back in my car and shut my door. I drove back around to the attendants there and told them what happened. They could careless but did take my name and number and gave me (get this) a napkin to try to whip the debris off my face. My white blouse was totally ruined with black nasty smelling spots all over my blouse. I was on my lunch break and had to head back to work for a meeting. Needless to say there was no way I could go back to my office looking like this. I had to stop at a boutique downtown and purchase a shirt for $50. The manager Craig Martin, Site Manager at Ultra Car Wash called me at work. During our conversation he indicated that I would be reimbursed. I sent him the receipt for the blouse that I had just purchased. The actual blouse I had on was $75 that I purchased a year ago from Dillard's in Miami Florida; however, I do not have the receipt as it has been well over a year since I purchased the said garment. I told him I would like very much to be reimbursed for the blouse as well and to please mail a ck to me. I also told him to please cancel my membership with Ultra Car Wash. I would recommend taking a brush type of tool to help the cracks and edges because the mouth of the vacuums are on the thicker side. They offer free glass cleaner solution spray and unlimited microfiber towels for you to use there so you have everything except special/specific products you may want to use.
