I should have been told the amount of what it would cost before being admitted without insurance because they had yet to verify my insurance even though I was referred to by my doctor and they had that information. If they needed more, they had my phone number to call. Don't worry though, the fee can be paid for a gym membership anywhere in the area and cover you for a year, instead of an hour. When asked about reducing the cost they "asked" about it, but I could tell they never intended to try and help.

With some fumbling, I was told the doctor would call me back, which she did a few minutes later. Nothing about the conversation with the doctor gave me any semblance of confidence in the program. After some consideration, I decided to ask for a refund as I had not received any services or products (which I paid for in full up front). I spent over a week trying to simply get ahold of someone who could help with the refund. I was promised call backs that would never happen. Eventually I called the actual pharmacy that was to ship my order and had to cancel with them personally. The entire process was entirely unprofessional and extremely frustrating.   No amount of reasoning or apology will change my mind as this behavior was occurring BEFORE I asked for the refund. The level of poor communication and unprofessionalism was bordering on scam territory. I did eventually get my refund, albeit $150 short which, you guessed it, was never communicated to me. I wouldn't recommended this place to ANYone. There are plenty of other facilities to choose from, avoid this one with a 100 foot pole.

They even placed phone calls to the imaging center to also work me into their busy schedule, rather than being content with what they saw in the scheduling system - in which case, I would not have been seen for a few days. Dr. Woodworth has been my surgeon consult for a couple of times now for what have turned out to be non-serious issues, thankfully. But he is thorough, compassionate, and communicates and educates his patients about all the possibilities and options. Most impressive, when I was waiting the results of a biopsy he called me personally on a Friday at 5 p.m. to let me know the results. Although I wasn't expecting the results until Monday, when he received them on Friday, he wanted to let me know as soon as possible. That is a caring medical professional. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone requiring a surgical consult.

Dr. Clouatre was great! I had no concerns or problems and he was very helpful and nice! I am going to make him my official OBGYN!
