JG explained this to us. After a short time, the purchased felt just like the one in the store according to our daughter (who the bed was bought for). But after the bed we bought was delivered, our daughter and her husband decided that it was not quite right for them. So they and my wife and I went back to JG, who is great, and he "fit" them for a bed like someone fits a customer for a pair of shoes. (His knowledge is almost unbelievable and he actually makes the shopping experience fun!). He arranged for an exchange on a day convenient for us. After a lengthy discussion where the salesman tried to upsale me better mattresses and adjustable bed frames, I purchased my qualifying mattress with free frame. The salesman told me both were in stock and could be delivered the next day. I requested a delivery two days later than he offered. The day before, as promised, he called, (with what should have been a 2 hr delivery timeframe) only to tell me the frame had not arrived and that he would update me. Two days later I phoned to find out where my bed was only to be told they didn't even have said full size adjustable frame at all! They happily offered to provide me with a regular box springs and metal frame the next day at the same cost. Needless to say I was appalled at this bait and switch tactic and cancelled my order. I consider my self a savvy and informed shopper who does my due diligence before purchasing costly items. I expected more from this firm, who has good Yelp Reviews. I would avoid this store and especially any "promotional sales" from this company

I ended up getting a nice new Sealy at a fair price. My advice: always wait for sales to purchase a mattress- they happen multiple times a year and you will save a ton. Anyway, the staff was very helpful when I stopped in to look at mattresses and I ended up finding a foam mattress that I love! It's been a few months and I have no complaints. The delivery folks took my old mattress when they delivered the new one, so the process couldn't have been any easier.

She's always been serious about taking care of her things so I know it was because it was particle board. A few years ago my brother bought a sofa from them via the the store credit and was up charged $1,000 more than what was discussed due to "shipping/handling" $1,000, seriously? Because "it had left the store" there was nothing to be done, just accept that his credit was foiled for a few years. Today is the last straw, I toured around shopping for a specific style of sofa, came across a decent one, the sales guy pointed out a scuff on the top back, which was ok. He noted that we could rent a truck from the home depot next door to pick up the sofa, which was a good idea. Once we got the sofa to the house, we noticed the whole bottom side is scuffed, with the sofa still on the truck. After dropping the truck back at home depot we stopped in and talked to the manager, Willie Franklin and was told REPEATEDLY how once it left the store, it's our fault because that could've happened once it left the premises. After making his point I tried to explain the situation, just so he can get an understanding of where I'm coming from. Instead he was very unreceptive and obstinate to say it plainly. Moral of the story THOROUGHLY INSPECT YOUR ITEMS, take notes and pictures, BEFORE LEAVING the store, or just don't take the chance. I'm relieved to say I won't ever shop here again.

For a local discount shop, I was surprised by the variety, prices and the quality. I wasn't expecting much. After shopping at about 15 furniture shops, local, national and online, they really had the best dining set I could have hoped for. It looks way more expensive than it was. Delivery was also fast and easy. I purchased monday and they delivered uptown to me Wednesday morning. By far, they had the best delivery/setup options of the places I shopped. My delivery guy, Gerald, was friendly, efficient and even helped me move my old dining set a few streets over to my family's house after the set up. They were careful with every move. They don't have the biggest mattress selection, but they do carry the high end brand names and I did look over the Sertas that they offered, since I already had an idea of what I wanted. They didn't have the exact one that I had in mind, but the selection was decent and the prices seemed fair, even if they weren't the lowest I encountered. I will say one thing for this place- the staff might be the friendliest of any store I've been to. I was greeted upon entering and I was asked by at least 4 different employees if I needed help, as I made my way around the store. I can see how to some that might be annoying, but if I had needed help, that kind of service would have been much appreciated. I hate having to search through a store and chase down an employee. I would probably return just for the friendly service alone.
