So we just told them not to bother because the lead couldn't even see the screws. We thought we would save money but did not. Thankfully they refunded the value of a bulb they broke which they blamed us for. It was a chandelier and they expected us to "make the place safe". What do they expect for us to remove it? I explained to them I had already put down deposit on this piece of equipment, and even offered to pay them more money, but they refused-- once again in rude and condescending fashion.
