I had a move scheduled with this company for 3:00 p.m. on a Friday because apparently they were busy all morning. I waited until 6:30 until I realized they were no showing. I had two days to find backup movers since I needed to be out of my rental before the end of the month. I called three times and text twice with no answer and no one cared to call me and say anything. This is horrible business practice and extremely unprofessional. I kind of can't believe someone would actually no show when you're in the middle of a major move. Very shady practices. read more

This is a 2nd party company hired by HUB Group which in then is hired by JCP. The worst company I have ever had to deal with. The scheduled the first delivery for 12/15 without contacting me to verify if I was able to accept the delivery. I through HUB as Let's get moving would not answer my calls or call back, I ask if they can send a message to Let's get moving to see if they can deliver on 12/18 or 12/19. I was told they would call me to schedule the delivery. I did not receive a phone call, when I called HUB the automated gave me a delivery date of 12/22 between 3pm-5pm. I had a doctors appt in the morning so I thought the time was good. On the morning of 12/22 I decide to call HUB just to verify the delivery time and the time had changed to 10am - 12 noon, again with no phone call or text even. Cancelled my appointment waited for the delivery, they did not show up until 12:30 and they did not even have my entire order. They show up with just the box spring because they could not find the mattress in their warehouse, I told the delivery person that I would not accept just the box spring. He asked if I could sign the paperwork and I said I would not. I called this company a total of 10 times @ the following numbers given to me by HUB group: 406-490-5521, 406-409-2101 & 406-565-2555. You would think they would return 1 of my calls. The worst service ever. read more

Terrible company have had 2 experiences with them the first time out for delivery 3 days in a row and now out for delivery first day no show and I must be home to receive the deliverys they could at least call and let a person know. read more

This delivery service is that absolute worst I have ever dealt with. They call me once to schedule the delivery of my $3500 treadmill, the day of delivery they never even showed up. I called Lets Get Moving and never received a call back after a week of waiting then out of the blue they called to tell me they were 15 minutes out from my residence. I told the delivery driver I was at work but I'm about 30 minutes from my house and he told me he'd have to call his manager and he get back to me, I never received a call back. I got home about 3:00pm that afternoon and there was my treadmill sitting in my driveway like a pile of garbage, bottom of the box ripped open, a pallet laying on top of the treadmill box. These guys were okay as far as showed up did good job. Time was actually almost double of estimate. Afterward I had a hard time convincing him we needed a paid reciep as my daughter is on SSDI and I have to account for her funds. They had entered email incorrectly in the beginning and continued to send copy to incorrect email. A lot of stress I didn't need and two months later after telling him I was going to file a complaint I finally got one. I even requested a snail mail and never got that either. They have poor in-house communication. Use them but get estimate in writing and ask for reciept when you pay them don't go for the it'll be sent to you. read more

Run away from these guys. They will promise you to be there then make excuses as to how they had call outs, or bigger better paying clients, they never came back or even called. Both partners said they would get back to me as it was a time sensitive move, and when I told them the police would be there if I did not get my stuff out in time I was told that none of their workers could be around law enforcement of any kind... What???? Even if the situation is desperate, these guys are the very last people you should rely on or trust. read more

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Brian Kester and Andy Johnson are very experienced rip off artist, DO RESEARCH on this company BEFORE you hire them. We did not and it cost us. We hired his "company" to load a moving truck. Brian quoted us $160/hr for 4 guys...which was fine. When the move was over he wanted to charge an additional $250 to move a piano. We were never told about that fee. The piano they moved was FREE to us. We would NEVER have paid any money additional to load it up. We would have sold it or given it away. Brian ended up calling the police. He also threatened to fight me while waiting for them to show up. (wish I was making this stuff up). We pointed out to the police, that when they had us sign the docs before they loaded the truck, there was one piece of paper they DIDN'T have us sign...guess which one...the one with the additional fee for the piano. Good guess. Officer said we had to pay, which, as an aside, will just embolden him. I will read one of these not long from now which is $500...or $1000. Why not? It's a perfectly legal scam. We requested that if we had to pay, that he at least document the damaged they did when they dropped our $800 entertainment center properly on the paperwork. The officer took the paper to Brian and brought it back. Good thing I read it. He had listed the item in the PREVIOUSLY DAMAGED section of the paperwork. The look on the officers face when he realized these guys were running a COMPLETE scam and the officer couldn't help us was priceless. He took the paperwork back and had them fix it. As shady a business person and a business interaction I have ever been apart of. Stay away. You would be way better off calling the pre-release and hiring those guys. And I am completely serious about that. read more

We hired them to move all our furniture out of our house so we could have new carpeting put in throughout the house. A crew of 3 came in and moved the furniture all out quickly and professionally. They were on time both when they came over to move the furniture out and then back in. They were all very friendly and professional and none of our items were damaged in any way. When we got our quote the day they came over to see how much stuff we had, we were told there was a "3 hour minimum." Even though the entire job didn't take 3 hours and they were driving from Butte to Anaconda, we thought that was a fair price. They also offered to let us store our belongings in their truck and they left the truck in front of our house from Sunday morning until Monday afternoon. So when the job was completed and they told us it was $900.00, we were a bit surprised to say the least. When I questioned the breakdown, I found out it was a 3 hour minimum, each time!!!!!!! So we paid for 6 hours of work when the job took less than 2 hours total. Also I was told there was a fee for the truck storage, which I do understand since the truck was unavailable to them for a time. We were in a bind and my husband couldn't move everything on his own so I am grateful for their help but I do feel like the price was a bit extreme. 2/16/18: So I would like to update my review from 4 stars to 5. Shortly after my initial review, Brian (1 of the owners) contacted me as he was concerned we were not 100% satisfied. After a brief conversation, Brian offered to refund $200 back to us. We all agreed that would be acceptable and Brian came over to Anaconda personally to hand me the cash. I can't remember a time when I had someone provide such great customer service!!! Just knowing these guys are willing to stand up and take such good care of their customers is why I wouldn't hesitate using them again or referring them to others. These movers moved my things from my apt into storage while another apt in the same complex was being remodeled for me. When I got into my apt., there was a 7"x5" l-shaped tear in the middle of the top cushion of my recliner. It was part of a matched set to my couch. A 3" hole was torn in my kitchen step chair. The top back molding was torn off my oak desk and the top front drawer was left hanging off track(?). The back of my bookshelf was torn off. My cat's play center($159.99+sh) is gone, as is the top of my round oak table that my grandfather made. One large box clearly marked fragile was found with two large boxes on top of it, stacked to the ceiling. The top of the box was caved in from the weight. My great grandmother turkey platter was smashed,as well as one antique fruit bowl...part of a set, and several small items were broken. None of my furniture had been wrapped ot blanketed. I am truly devastated by this loss. If it had not been for my apt. manager, my log bed frame would have been thrown away as it was just left. It is valued over $2,500.00 and was built by my friend so had sentimental value as well. The apt. manager is looking into this, but if you value your belongings don't use these movers. read more

Andy and Brian did a great job, this was one tough move. We had a 1300 pound safe give or take a few pounds and had to get it down into a basement. On the day we called them they came over right away to check out the job. We didn't have to wait at all, they were very prompt and professional giving us feedback and what to expect. On the day of the big move they had plenty of people and good equipment to take care of the job. They came early to get set up and even though it was 15 below they powered through to take extra care that our safe, house and support staff would not get hurt. Friendly and upbeat through out a few hiccups they got the job done. If I ever need to have anything large moved again I'll definitely call Andy and Brian. Thanks guys!! read more
