Searched up travel agencies and this company popped up with nothing but a 5.0 rating from 40 reviewers. So I called told the lady, sandy, my first time calling any agency like this at all. Was very nice and helpful with me getting to the point for the traveling. She sent me a quote yesterday around 4 pm saw it for a few minutes but was mislead by her when we had our initial conversation on Tuesday about airport fees being separated was really no biggie at all to me. So my assumption to the quote was only for the stays and transportation to and from the airport. So I decided to contact Costco travel around 6:30pm yesterday about 2.5 hours after receiving her quote to see if someone had packages including the flights and they gave me the quote then and there within 5-10 minutes as opposed to a day of waiting which is also not a problem at all waiting for a quote. The issue was when she contacted me about 20 minutes ago. Conversation lasted about a minute or less. She asked if I received the quote I said yes I did thankyou for that but unfortunately I won't be doing it due to airfares not being included and she stated that it was and I stated that oh I thought you said it didn't come with it as hearing it in our initial phone call on Tuesday but regardless I told her it's okay I contacted Costco travel and it seemed like they were including flights for x amount as well as two voucher gift cards that totaled an extra 1,300.00 dollars in savings technically to be used at their Costco warehouses. Which is what I told sandy and she had the audacity to state "yea uhh huh okay" and immediately ended the call. In my opinion that was where this lady sandy deserved to receive this 1 star rating with this large explanation. read more
