My family and I planned a last minute trip to Hawaii and leaned on Chris B. to help facilitate air fare, hotel and car reservations. Locating a room with 2 queen beds was no easy feat and surprised that upon arrival, we got upgraded to the best ocean front room as there was a shortage of queen beds at the hotel. The staff at the Sheraton was very accommodating and kind. Our view was glorious! Also, I haven't flown United in years and surprisingly no delays, easy flight, nice crew, and bags were easy and waiting for us at the carousel. Also, very easy pick up and drop off at Budget. We praised Chris so much during our trip and using his firm made our experience so much more pleasurable by taking the stress of planning out of the equation.
