I had the same experience as Gary L. I received a non-renewal letter from Safeco, which clearly stated that the non-renewal was due to Let's Insure losing their appointment with Safeco. However, Let's insure falsely claimed that the non-renewal was due to Safeco exiting the California market and tried to steer me to a policy with Bamboo Insurance, whoever they are.... I was able to renew my Safeco policy by switching to another agent still doing business with Safeco. It is disappointing that Let's Insure lied to me about the reason for the non-renewal notice, given that I had been a customer of theirs for five years. read more

I will not work with this agency again, as they have lost my trust. They were our assigned agents for our Safeco auto, home, and umbrella policies since 2017. We'd had no problems until this year, when I received a notice of nonrenewal letter from Safeco for our home and umbrella policies. When I asked Let's Insure what this was about, Arni emailed that "Safeco, like Farmers, State Farm, Nationwide, AAA, and Allstate, is leaving the CA home insurance market." She proceeded to try to sell me policies from vendors like Bamboo and Stillwater, companies I had never heard of. While they have decent financial ratings, it's easy to find poor reviews of these companies related to paying claims. Then I noticed a sentence in the nonrenewal notification: "Your Independent Agent no longer represents our company for the program for which you are eligible." When I called Safeco directly, they informed me that I could continue my insurance with Safeco if I switched to a different agent. Neither Arni nor anyone else copied on our emails had informed me of this. So either they are incompetent or dishonest. They should have told me up front that they are no longer representing Safeco instead of trying to sell me second rate insurance policies. read more

Be very careful. We had insurance a few years back. We have contacted their office many times to cancel it and received verbal confirmation they had. They refuse the cancel the policy so they can continue to charge us monthly. Very fraudulent. Be aware. Salar and this company are extremely fraudulent. read more

This business just to be ok many years ago. But I can only assume that Salar started doing drugs or alcohol because he messed it up pretty bad. If you call them now you get a bunch of incompetent fools who cannot direct your call to the right place. Also, Salar himself is very unprofessional. I got an auto policy from lets insure. I told them that I wanted to do month to month payments. Instead they charged me the entire 6 months and sent my account into the negative by $200. Because I disputed the charge with my bank, I found out later that I didn't end up getting insurance after all. No biggie! I went back to let's insure to ask them for a new policy. Salar Baktash, RUDELY informed me that because I disputed the charge for the entire 6 months ( which was entirely their fault) that I did not have the option to pay month to month and could only pay the 6-months in full. He also told me that this was something I had to take up with Progressive. When I did, I talked to several Representatives that told me that there was no such rule and that it was absolutely ridiculous! read more
