When you try to be on time to pick up your child you have to leave early to find parking and parents get there like an hour early just to find parking. Parking enforcement really cracks down on that 5 min. Do you know how long it takes for kids to line up and get to the gate and depending how far you park it may take 5 min. This is my sons homeschool and I refuse to enroll him here so I filed for a permit to his childhood school district where he is happy, comfortable and popular with excellent grades. I went back to the school to talk to Mr Patterson and he said he was busy and he was gonna schedule a meeting. This was in September of 2025. I went to coffee with the principal and spoke to him in person again and same thing. He brushed me off and said he was gonna schedule a meeting. we're in march 2026 and still haven't received a call. The district should be very concerned. My son has special needs and the school is discriminating against him because of his ADHD! Another person who is worthless is the Counselor, Ms Gonzales. When my son was having issues, we went to the school and told her what was happening. She told us she was gonna have my son bring home a paper so we can sign and consent. She said that was gonna be his first task. And that she was gonna follow up with him. I also asked what other programs did the school offer for academics and she told me she didn't know if the school had any or any resources she can offer. The School year is almost over and haven't heard one word from her. SMH!!! I really hope someone from the district reads this and reaches out. I'm currently sitting in the ER with my son because he said someone dropped him and fractured his knee. Mr Patter refused to call an ambulance and provide PROFESSIONAL medical treatment from EMS. He took the work from his 6th grade teacher that got her degree in teaching not MEDICAL treatment. My attorney is definitely gonna what about this!!!

I am extremely disappointed with how my child's medical needs were handled by this school. The…read moreschool had a doctor's note on file stating that my daughter was not cleared to participate in physical education after recently having a cast removed from her leg. Despite this, the very next day, the PE coach required her to participate anyway. When my daughter explained that she could not participate due to her medical restriction, the coach did not verify her status, ignored her concerns, and became upset, ultimately forcing her to join. When I brought this issue to the principal, I was further disappointed by the lack of accountability. Responsibility was shifted to the coach not checking email, and the only solution offered was that they would "radio it next time." I was also discouraged from escalating the issue to the district, being told I would need to wait for parent-teacher conferences. Student safety and respect for medical accommodations should never be optional or dependent on whether someone checks their email. After contacting the district myself, I felt my concerns were finally taken seriously. I hope the school takes steps to improve communication, accountability, and--most importantly--the protection of students' health and well-being.
