Apart from being a brilliant dentist, he has the best customer service I have ever experienced.. unfortunately I have had to visit a few dentists over the years. He is genuinely interested in his patients care and ensuring they have the best treatment for them. I have been going to him nearly three years and after he sorted a problem I had on the first visit, I am now only going back for maintenance. I only wish I had known of him before! My husband also goes and has equally had a brilliant service. If you are looking for the best dentist not only in Basel but Switzerland.. look no further. Tip: he is busy so if you cannot get an appointment on line, call the practice.. they are very friendly and if an emergency, they will help you in getting to see him.

Doctors do not really care about customer's well-being, they are not flexible either. Prices are very expensive (not really fair) and do not consider individual cases. My example: for 3 fillings (ONLY! no dental cleaning included etc) they charged over 1100 CHF. That is crazy expensive (a smaller praxis would do this work for 1/2 charge), especially considering the fact that the dentist sent me home with unpolished teeth (since the 90mins appointment time finished). Polishing was done then on the next day, but I found it very unprofessional that the dentist was nearly 10mins late, but finished the work exactly then when the appointment should have finished, regardless, that one of my tooth was still not properly polished! I have really been upset when I received the bill for such treatment. I did not think it was fair. I do not recommend anyone to go there! There are plenty of small dentist practises available who charge customers on individual basis, being fair and they really care about the customer's well-being.
