Met a friend up here today and WOW! This place has it all! Granted they Don't buy the big combiner robots but that's for comic book and toy figure stores. No big deal. They have just about everything for all popular game systems. My friend even introduced me to the vault where they house all the super rare pieces. The vault is so amazing I didn't even take any pictures! Overall, the store is well thought out with very knowledgeable staff and some really cool merch. An employee decided to raise his voice at a customer for no real reason. The customer put back like 6 cards and was figuring out best options in their price range. The interaction wasn't even long. The employee was just being impatient. It was unprofessional and even pointless because he still priced a card after being rude. Not the first time an employee here acted negatively. We came here a few times in the past and it's a fun stop if you're into anime, video games and card games. They have absolutely everything you need for card games and I got some neat blind boxes that are hard to find elsewhere. Buy games of all varieties! They even do repairs on old consoles! I picked up some nostalgic classics and some new dnd campaign booklets here. They also have a small cafe with snacks as well as a large tabletop space. The team was super cool and helpful when we had questions about accessories and parts. I got Resident Evil 4 for the Wii, and the next day, my console had a red flashing light on the power button. I unplugged and replugged the console cords and stuff, and nothing worked. Good job, you officially broke my favorite console. And don't leave me something saying sorry, cause I could care less. Don't go here! They will break your consoles! read more

Ahhhhhhhhhh. This is the coolest card/game shop in Colorado. Definitely geek haven. If there was a more creative way to repurpose a bank, I have not seen it. This place is cleverly utilized for gaming of all kinds. Right into the store's front end you got a variety of figures, gachapon, and little nicknacks of all sorts of stuff. From anime to games, you name it. Dead center is all your new games behind a counter with a plethora of classic stuff in the counter cases. Around the side you got card games, and they even used the old vault for the most treasured of game finds! Upstairs is also where they host card tounaments, so sadly I wasn't able to scope it out since they were in a middle of one. Big, varied, and a must stop for game entheusiasts of all kinds. Had a terrible experience at this location, went in for a scheduled and sanctioned Pokemon pre-release only to be told "it was last week". I got the details of the event from the actual Pokemon website and even had a screenshot of the details which showed "March 26th". Moreover, I called the night before and was told that it was still scheduled. I showed the employee my screenshot to which he replied "yeah I'm not sure how that got on there, i don't know what to tell you, we don't have any more product to sell". They either don't know what they're doing when it comes to organized Pokemon events, or they simply kept the product from the pre-release in order to sell it and are lying to customers. Both scenarios are disappointing considering people are eager to get back to in-person events in a post-pandemic era. Totally wasted 2 hours out of my day and also planned my month around this event weeks in advance. Probably wont go back to this location and cant recommend it to anyone who lives further than 5 minutes away. It seems like the only way to know for sure if something special is going on is to physically walk in, which is sad. I've been playing in organized Pokemon events since 2001 and literally have never had this happen. read more

The BEST store. We've been to a few swanky card & game joints but Level 7 outranks them all. From the staff(nicest people you will ever meet & they know their business) to the awesome coffee shop, there is something for everybody & plenty of space to move around. In their store they carry fan made stickers, mats, shirts, and more. They also have plenty of figurines and statues and other merchandise for sale. They have Japanese gacha toys, retro and new games, and a highly entertaining and themed building. While Federal Heights is a bit out of the way, it's definitely worth a visit for out of towners and locals alike. Also make sure to ask about their rewards card! read more

Stopped by while looking for a boba spot. They let you game for 1 hour for free before charging you and have good PC setups. Also have tables for games and it would be cool to play DND here or something. I got some dope dice for my wife for DND and a Mario and Zelda handmade figure. Been to every magic store in town and this is easily top 2 - would be #1 if they had more bulk cards for purchase (they typically don't have most things under $3 so can't build a full deck here) but the people have all been pretty cool and I very much enjoy the punch card. Keep them honest on the packs cause sometimes they ring up higher than posted (happened twice now though I'm not holding a grudge). They also have coffee and other cool stuff at this store. I work when they do draft nights but would love to join one sometime, their draft system sounds fair and worth the entry regardless of how well the games go. I like your shop! read more

Awesome shop! I live closer to the other two locations, but this one is special. They have a display room with old toys and rare cards that are really fun to spend some time looking at. There's some cool merch and tons of video games. I was able to get some help from Ethan who went out of his way to help me look for some cards I needed and also make some good recommendations for a deck I'm building. It's worth the trip! read more

It's hard to find quality used video game stores anymore, but then I found Level 7. They have a huge inventory of retro games -- Nintendo, Sega, Gameboy, whatever you need. I've visited Colorado a couple of times in the past two years and Level 7 Games has been one of the highlights. Nothing in my hometown can compare! My husband and I have visited every Level 7 location and were in awe of the selection and amazing customer service (we collect Retro). We were lucky enough to be visiting on opening day for this location. It was a blast! We were even given a free t-shirt as a gift when the manager heard we were on our honeymoon. We loved the original graphic designs they offered. They have games for pretty much any console you can think of including the newer ones. We were able to get a working copy of Conkers Bad Fur Day for N64 for a reasonable price! They have tons of fun pop culture merch, including stickers and plush toys (I am quite the enthusiast). The return policy is absolutely ridiculous. People shop at brick and mortar stores so that if something isn't right, they have a real person to help them. I tried to return something only a few hours after I bought it and was offered an in-store credit of barely over 50% what I paid. I had the receipt and all the original packaging. Even online purchases can be returned. Why would I ever buy something here knowing I can get it cheaper online and I can return it if it doesn't work for me? You better be 100% sure you want whatever you get from Level 7 games because it's your's forever. read more

Didn't know they price gouged me till I got home. Product they sold was $20 more compared to elsewhere. They didn't charge me tax because they make it up. They even said Merry Christmas after I said, "no tax?" I don't trust them. That's bad buisness guys, shame on you! Charging $20 more just because you can on a $15 item? Initially, I reached out to the store looking for a replacement part for an older model PS3. Derrick talked with me for a few minutes and comforted me that he was confident and capable enough to take a look at the part and repair it himself for a (very) reasonable fee - or for no charge if unable. When I delivered my console, he dove right in and started troubleshooting everything. We were there for a little while (hour or so) when it looked like we weren't going to have any luck and I'd have to dish out some extra cash and time for the replacement part after all. A little disappointing, but the cost for both the part and labor was still VERY reasonable. After returning home, I received a phone call from Derrick informing me that he'd kept trying to work the problem out and had successfully fixed the part. That I could come in and pick it up anytime, and that the charge would be the original, expected fee. Truth told, if I was in a better position to give them a little extra scratch for the time and the work, I would. So this review will have to do. These guys are extremely courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and their products and services are second to none. If you have ANY video-game needs of any kind, take your business to Level 7 Games first. read more

Great place to scrounge for throwback (and current) games. Classics are priced fairly and the newer games are slightly cheaper than GameStop. Very good experience. I was looking for a PS2 game, and I very easily found it, because the store is very well organized and clean. They've got games for every console you can think of. The service was attentive and friendly but not pushy, and I never felt ignored or condescended to as can unfortunately happen sometimes when women browse for video games. They have a punch card system that can earn you store credit when you fill it up (I think it's called the "slight incentive to buy stuff card," which is pretty funny). Overall, awesome place and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family, particularly those who are tired of being cheated by other mainstream retailers whose names I won't repeat, but it rhymes with GameStop. read more
